A NEWCASTLE Professor will today be recognised for his research into prostate cancer over the past 20 years.
Professor Jim Denham’s dedicated his work to early intervention campaigns and research into better treatments for those threatened by locally advanced cancers.
He is being presented with a State Government Community Services award for his work.
Professor Denham says he is honoured by the award, but insists it has been a team effort.
