25th AGITG Annual Scientific Meeting
TE PAE, CHRISTCHURCH CONVENTION CENTRE, AOTEAROA NEW ZEALAND
13 – 16 NOVEMBER 2023

Welcome

Since 1991, the AGITG has been the only research organisation in the Australasian region with a focus on all gastro-intestinal cancers. This year we invite you to join us in Aotearoa New Zealand for our 25th AGITG Annual Scientific Meeting where we will focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion in clinical trials. The theme stems from the pressing need to extend access and increase equity to therapeutic options across regional, rural, and remote (RRR) areas, as well as culturally diverse and First Nations population.

The ASM is a major highlight of the year, providing an opportunity for increased involvement in the scientific activities of the AGITG and encouraging subsequent ongoing participation in the group’s research. This year’s ASM will be no different and will encourage collaboration between members across Australia and New Zealand.

Our conference will provide an innovative platform to engage members with new research concept, trial developments, diverse panel discussions and Q&A sessions. We look forward to hearing from international and local renowned invited speakers and acknowledge outstanding achievements from members with the presentation of awards and the Innovation Grant.

We look forward to you joining us in Christchurch!
